Function Rooms

An idyllic setting in the heart of the Forest of Dean, our 2 function rooms, comfortable sports lounge and 2 outdoor terraces are perfect for any event or special occasion. In addition, we have 2 bars, a fully-fitted kitchen and a large, safe car park.

We can host a variety of events, including wedding receptions, baby showers, birthdays and anniversaries. As well as christenings, live entertainment and celebrations of life.

Our Victory Suite has recently been refurbished and is a light and airy space. It can comfortably accommodate 95 guests for a sit-down dinner or 120 for a drinks reception and buffet. There is also direct access to a dedicated bar and a 100m²+ terrace, accessible via bifold doors.

Our Captain’s Suite has also recently been significantly renovated to provide a tasteful and modern feel. Able to accommodate 75 seated guests for a formal gathering or 90 standing for a more informal occasion. Guests have a choice of 2 bars and can also access a 100m²+ terrace via bifold doors.

The Alec Thomas Lounge and Saints Bar, whilst primarily used by club members and our first and second XI football teams, are also available to hire. With comfortable, relaxed surroundings and access to an outside 80m² terrace, its suited more for smaller groups or as an overspill to hiring one of our main functions rooms.
