Celebrate your special day in style with those closest to you amidst the beautiful woodland backdrop of the Forest of Dean. With exclusive-use hire of the entire club and grounds, we can cater for reception parties of up to 225 guests.

Two licenced bars, a large marquee area for wedding breakfasts and two large functions rooms are available to make your day one that you’ll never forget.

Our largest and most popular room for newlyweds is the Victory Suite. Recently refurbished, it can host 95 guests for a wedding breakfast or 120 for a drinks reception and buffet. As well as a dedicated bar, you can soak up the stunning views of the Forest from a 100m²+ terrace.

Ideal for smaller weddings, the Captain’s Suite can accommodate a wedding breakfast for 75 guests or a drinks reception and buffet for 90 guests. Guests have a choice of 2 bars and can also access our large terrace via bifold doors.

Both rooms can be decorated according to individual tastes. This can be organised by you or through our wedding reception packages (more details below).

We also work with trusted external caterers, giving you the freedom to choose the menu and cuisine you’d like for your special day. However, if you’d prefer to organise this yourself, our team is more than happy to share ideas and recommend suppliers.
